## What to include

The more of this you can share, the faster we can help:

* **The request id.** Every error response carries one in the `x-request-id` header — it lets us trace
  exactly what happened.
* **What you expected vs. what happened**, and when.
* **The endpoint, event, or delivery id** involved, if it's about a specific one.

<Note>
  Please don't paste secrets or full payloads that contain sensitive data into an email — a request
  id and the ids of the affected resources are usually enough for us to investigate.
</Note>
