Our policy

webhook.co does not issue automatic refunds. Subscriptions are billed for the period ahead, and that period isn’t refunded partway through.

What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep everything you’ve paid for — and it simply doesn’t renew after that. You’re not charged again, and there’s no mid-period refund for the time remaining. The same applies to downgrades: moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of your period, so there’s no refund for the difference.
Because cancelling keeps your plan active to the end of the period, there’s usually no need to rush — cancel any time before the next renewal and you won’t be charged again. Manage cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal from your Billing page.

Deleting an organization or account

Deleting an organization or your account cancels its subscription, but — as above — does not produce a refund for the current period. Delete only when you’re ready.
