What to include

The more of this you can share, the faster we can help:
  • The request id. Every error response carries one in the x-request-id header — it lets us trace exactly what happened.
  • What you expected vs. what happened, and when.
  • The endpoint, event, or delivery id involved, if it’s about a specific one.
Please don’t paste secrets or full payloads that contain sensitive data into an email — a request id and the ids of the affected resources are usually enough for us to investigate.
